The ARES Line Ruger 10/22 chassis is engineered for precision, modularity, and performance. It is crafted using advanced composite materials such as Nylon6, Copolymer Nylon612, and Polyphthalamide fused with carbon fiber, providing a rigid yet lightweight and stable platform ideal for competitive and recreational shooting.

Chassis Variants

The ARES Line chassis offers five customizable configurations, each including the main chassis and pistol grip mount. Rear stock connections and front forend options are selected based on user preferences. Additional components, including picatinny or buffer tube connections can be purchased separately.

Front Forend:

  • Pro Forend (100mm): Compact design ideal for minimum 6” barrels, including pistols or SBR builds. Features M-Lok rail (Weight: ~13.25 oz).

  • Pro II Forend (160mm): Sporting design optimized for agility and rapid handling. Includes M-Lok rail (Weight: ~15 oz).

  • Long Forend (200mm+, In Production): Ideal for precision and long-range shooting. Contact for availability.

Rear Stock Connection Options:

  • Picatinny Connection: Ideal for pistol/charger builds, folding stocks, or custom attachments.

  • Buffer Tube Connection: Compatible with mil-spec and commercial buffer tubes, allowing AR-15 stock integration.

Craftsmanship

The ARES Line chassis features meticulous craftsmanship, combining cutting-edge additive technology with precise hand-crafted post-processing. This ensures high-quality, individualized chassis with precise tolerances and exceptional performance. Every chassis undergoes rigorous testing for durability and reliability.

Usage Instructions

Follow installation guidelines to prevent damage. Always use provided screws, specific Allen wrenches, and torque screws to 18–20 in/lbs (never exceed 22 in/lbs). Refer to the Installation Guide for detailed instructions.

Installation Guide

Proper installation is critical to maintaining chassis integrity.

Screw Specifications:

  • Rear Picatinny: 4x M5 machine screws (25mm)

  • Buffer Tube Connection:

    • Top: 2x M5 machine screws (35mm)

    • Bottom: 2x M5 machine screws (35mm or 40mm)

  • Front Forend:

    • Pro (100mm): Top: 2x M5 screws (20mm); Bottom: 2x M5 screws (25mm)

    • Pro II (160mm): Top: 2x M5 screws, 30mm; Bottom: 2x M5 screws, 40mm

    • Long (200mm+): Specifications TBD

  • Main Chassis (Pistol Mount): 2x M5 screws (20–25mm)

  • Pistol Grip Screw: 1x self-tapped 45mm screw with tooth washer (install slowly, avoid cross-threading)

  • Picatinny Attachment: 2x M5 button-head screws (45mm)

Required Tools:

  • Ball-head S2 H4.0 Allen wrench (≥6 inches)

  • S2 H3.0 Allen wrench (flat or ball-end) for picatinny screws

  • Torque wrench set to 18–20 in/lbs (max 22 in/lbs)

Installation Tips:

  • Use only provided screws and torque settings

  • Install pistol grip screws slowly to avoid cross-threading

  • If screw threading issues occur, stop immediately, realign components, and retry
